Brother Murray`s Monk Ale is our very traditional Belgian `Trappist Style` beer. This beer is dark, complex and strong with a delicious blend of malty goodness, dark fruits, and spicy elements. This beer can be real dangerous when done right. Our Monk Ales rich and smooth flavor is perfectly paired in the fall and winter. Be careful, when done right this brew goes down surprisingly easily.
