Return Policy

Our Guarantee and Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a refund promptly upon receiving the return. All refund requests MUST be made within 30 days. 

Returned products must be in new and unused condition for refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Call us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending back merchandise. Returns without an RMA are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Food products, wine kits, beer ingredient kits and special order items are not returnable.
