His unique BBQ hot sauce and spicy mustard is hand crafted in three gallon batches. Each one is bursting with flavor and just the right amount of heat. Since 2002 Captain Mowatt has been hard at work making his fiery sauces. The Captain so generously believes in sharing his booty - every bottle is 8+ oz. unlike other sauces!
Using silky smooth coconut cream with fresh lime juice and the allure of molasses the captain has created a finish unlike any other sauce. Shrimp chicken steak and fish are incomplete without Cocoloco Hot Sauce. Dress otherwise naked chicken topped salad with Cocoloco for a sweet yet tangy twist.
