A food grade polypropylene cheese mold. This mold will work with our cheese presses and is used when making up to a 2 pound cheese from 2 gallons of milk. The 2 pound mold does not need the amount of weight pressing as the large mold therefore does not need a closed bottom to contain the curd mass. The open bottom also provideds the best drainage. 4.5`W x 5`H with follower and open bottom.
