The basic machine for crushing fruit is the hand cranked double roller crusher, also called a grinder.
This model is completely built of stainless steel except for the aluminum rollers.
To operate, place this over a large barrel or tub, add grapes, apples, or other fruit into the hopper, and rotate the side wheel. The crusher will macerate the fruit perfectly!
