Founders KBS Clone - All Grain

Our clone of the popular Founders KBS is sure to make your taste buds squeal with delight! This beer is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate, then aged on bourbon soaked oak chips to make sure plenty of bourbon undertones come through in the finish.

We recommend you age this an extra 4-8 weeks to allow the flavors to develop.

Style: 20C - Russian Imperial Stout

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 11.5%

Not Included: Kentucky Bourbon and 12 oz. of your favorite cold brewed coffee. 

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
