Our German Kolsch recipe produces a clean, pale, golden-colored German ale that highlights the flavor of traditional Hallertau hops. The light-medium body of this beer has a surprisingly hoppy and somewhat strong hop flavor true to its unique German attributes. You may find the brew to have a dry finish. A perfect craft beer for connoisseurs!
