Chimay Red Label Clone

This clone recipe is based on the first beer produced by the monks at Chimay. This classic pours a deep garnet hue with off-white head. Expect a mild malt sweetness and toast that blends with the fruity Belgian yeast created flavors. Bottles of this brew can be left at cellar temperatures to age for a few years. As the bottles age, the herbal hop overtones with lessen and the Belgian yeast esters will become more pronounced.

ABV: 7.1%
