Newcastle Brown Ale Clone - All Grain

This traditional English Brown Ale pairs great with Pub Style food. Pours a beautiful reddish-brown color with typical weak head retention, but great bubble activity rejuvenates it with a swirl! Great caramel and nut nose and taste exhibiting medium bitterness superbly offset by the sweet caramel finish. Drinks well cold or at 50F with your Bangers and Mash!
