Non-Alcoholic American Wheat

Based on our true to style American Wheat kit, this NA beer will have a good mouthfeel from the wheat malt but stay extremely refreshing. Since there is minimal alcohol you may go through a little faster than you anticipate! This kit is also a fantastic base beer to add some of our natural flavorings to when bottling to make it a non-alcoholic fruit beer.

Our Non-alcoholic recipe kits take some of our most popular house recipes and remove most of the fermentables. These kits are made with grains and no malt extract, but since the grain bills are so small (most are under 4lbs) extract brewers who use smaller brew pots to boil 2-3 gallons of wort and top up with water before fermentation can make these with no added equipment pieces! When following careful sanitation to prevent wild yeast inoculation and mashing at the higher temperatures noted in the instructions you should end up with a beer with about 0.2% abv before bottle conditioning. Carbonating with corn sugar adds 0.4 - 0.5% alcohol which is still within the "non-alcoholic" range commercial breweries adhere to.

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, Irish moss and priming sugar.

Muslin or nylon bags for grains and hops are helpful but not included in this kit.
