Non Distilled or RO water could result in a hazy seltzer with a mineral taste.

3.5 lbs. Corn Sugar

6 tsp. Yeast Nutrient

1118 Dry Wine Yeast

3/4 cup Priming Sugar

2 cases of 12 or 22 oz. bottles (if bottling)
