Insert a temperature probe into the thermowell for accurate temperature readings of any liquid time after time. Compatible with any Spike+ Kettle or fermenter.
Spikes thermowell features a 1/4" temp probe opening on the outside which is mounted to a 1.5" TC fitting. This allows it to attach directly to the sanitary TC fitting on a kettle or fermenter. That enables for an optional digital temp sensor to be inserted and read the temperatures inside the vessel.
Pro Tip: The thermowell can be packed with thermal grease to help temperature response times.
