When pressurizing your Spike fermenter, you`ll always want to use a pressure relief valve (PRV). Spike fermenters are rated to 15 PSI, and this PRV is designed to release pressure above 15 PSI. See what they did there? They think of everything...
This relief valve will prevent the tank from being over pressurized and causing a potential failure to occur. Spikes PRV was developed with their OEM specifically to work with our new CF series and Flex line. It will keep your tank below the 15psi max working pressure rating. The PRV also has a handy bleeder pull ring to release built up pressure.
