Specialty malt produced from two-row spring barley. This aromatic malt is ideal for brewing many different styles of beer. Enhance the malt character of lighter beer styles or lighten darker beer styles brewed with largely Munich malts. Provides a rich golden to amber color, a soft malty aroma and traditional lightly toasted grain flavors.
