Summer Honey Wheat - All Grain

Our All-Grain Summer Honey Wheat is a richly colored, wheat beer, flavored with the addition of 2 pounds of local wildflower honey. The honey naturally enhances the depth of the caramel and wheat malts. A blend of German noble and American hops gives it a perfect hop flavor. Clean and crisp, this is a great summer brew.

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 6.1%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
