White Labs Brewing Co. has been an integral part of White Labs Inc., acting as a conduit for R&D to gain analytical and performance information on our yeast strains performance in beers while also continuously making crowd favorite beers and styles.
The White Labs 077 Tropical Yeast Blend is a non-GMO yeast strain that has been carefully selected to aid in the release of thiol compounds by targeting high enzymatic B-lyase activity. Providing a balance of tropical flavors and aromas, such as passion fruit, grapefruit, and mango, thats perfect for a juicy, hazy IPA!

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, malt extracts, Irish moss and priming sugar.
A muslin bag for grain and nylon bags for hops are helpful but not included in this kit.
