Sodium Hydroxide is used as an acid neutralizer when using our Acid titration kit determine a wine`s acidity level. Reagent is added to a measured sample of wine until the acidity level in the wine has been neutralized.

Please note that we usually carry .1 Normal solution, however on occasion we may only be able to stock .2 Normal.  When calculating perform the calculation for the right amount of Sodium Hydroxide that is used!
