This ALL GRAIN kit is based on the Baltic Porter, a tradition beer brewed for countries bordering the Baltic Sea. Derived from English Porters with influence from Russian Imperial Stouts. Baltic Detour is a big beer with a smooth rich malty sweetness in aroma & flavor. Hops included are for balancing out flavors. A complex blend of deep malt, dried fruit, and boozy warmth to keep you going through the colder months.

Fermentation Temp: 50 - 55F (Lager) or 62 - 70F (Ale)
ABV: 8%
Your homebrew kit includes specialty grains, hops, and instructions. If you`re bottling be sure to add 3/4 cup Corn Sugar.
